How to Pay It Forward

If you saw the movie Pay It Forward, you know its about a boy that came up with a project that he would do a good deed for 3 people, but they had to do the same thing for 3 others.

Wow! Pay It Forward sounds like a great idea to do for others. In the real world Pay It Forward is not spoken about much or not even at all, except for when it is created for hype that lasts a short time. Why is that you think? It seems like people have been conditioned to hear bad news so that is why bad news is in our lives on a daily basis. The strange thing is that something major has to happen before anyone hears that people Pay It Forward. Think of 9/11, Katrina, or Haiti – something really bad had to happen before you saw others Pay It Forward. For a while there was awareness which created a need and the media turned into major hype. In a while the hype and the story will lose interest from the masses, but there will be some that will keep the cause alive and continue for the rest of their lives to Pay It Forward to that cause. And for the most part you will not hear about them again unless they are a secondary story as a reference. There are many negative things that we see everyday because that’s what does makes the news. And that is what the masses feed off of all the time.

You know what? That negative stuff does not really matter at all. What does matter is what good you do in your life. Now there are some that say if I had a million dollars I would help my family, the poor, and people that are in need and are deserving. My question is: “Why wait? Can you help others in your present situation?” I know when I was the age 4 or 5 years old I would go to the United Cerebral Palsy Center for my therapy because I have Cerebral Palsy. I am fortunate to have a very mild case – not like most of the children there at the center. From this young age I always wanted to help people less fortunate then myself. Back in the 1960s I would say help out the underdogs. This was 30 years before the movie Pay It Forward came out. I have made it a practice it my life in one way shape or form to Pay It Forward to others. No matter how big or small it may be.

Think about how you personally feel when you help out another person without thinking what you are going to gain from it. Now I know there are many people out in the world that just Pay It Forward and that is unconditional. They do not think twice about it, they just do it.

No matter what your situation is you can always do a random act of kindness and Pay It Forward to others. What may seem like a small thing to you may be a HUGE thing to the person who is on the receiving end.

My mission is to:

Pay It Forward and Passing It On the World.

To create a movement of people that Pay It Forward and Pass It On the World

We want to hear about every act of Pay It Forward no matter how big or small it may be. Do your part to change the world. Let others in the world that there is many positive life changing stories happening.
