The way a person thinks is the road or path they will indeed travel. There are some that spend money on a service and just use it. Then there are others that see an opportunity in the service they use and ask themselves this question: “How will this make money for me?” The mentality of these two types of people is on the opposite sides of the spectrum. One thinks of cost and what they are spending and the other is thinking how to increase what they already have. Now the fact is that 95% of the population think about cost and will continue to do so, if they do not change the way of thinking. Now the 5% are the wealthy that increase their wealth by the thought process of how much will this make me.
Think about this: Your brain is like a computer and it has functions, but until it is programmed to do what it is instructed to do nothing happens. It just sits dormant. So when we come into this world its like the computer is booting up and seeing what is on that hard drive or brain. A computer and a person’s brain are exactly alike in how they work and process information. There are slight differences between them. It is mostly internal and physical difference where it is evident.
Now we can see how the brain and computer are similar you are wondering what that has to do with any opportunity that comes your way. It has everything to do with it. Because if you are focusing on the cost of something and not how it’s going to increase what you have, you’re in a world of hurt. We have to get away from the thoughts of “how much is this going to take away from me”, and change it to “how this going to increase what I already have?” You see you have always had the power to have what you want.
Think for a moment about the environment you’re surrounded by. Is it filling with people that are like-minded like yourself or are they people that pull you down and keep your focus off your prize? Well, there are many that get caught up in the world around them that cause themselves to lose what they have been working on. The sad thing is that the only people that they have to blame is themselves.
Your brain serves you well. To have an outside source keep you from completing what you set out to do is completely wrong. Listen to your mind and heart and surround yourself with like-minded people that will encourage you so you too can be part of that 5% that has all the money in the world.
All of this may be overwhelming for some and what I say to them or anyone else is that this is a step by step process that does take time. So here is the first step: You start with an idea or concept to increase what you have. Then you market and expose your idea or concept to others by having your very own website. I tell people all the time, “I can only show you the door and you’re the one that has to open it and step through it.” Are you ready to start increasing what you have? Here is the Door!
